120 grams Gorgonzola
1 Pear (ripe)
2 Tbsps lemon juice
30 grams Walnut

Preparation steps

1.

In a pot, heat cream until warm, but do not let boil. Cut Gorgonzola into cubes and whisk into cream until completely melted.

2.

Refrigerate 30-60 minutes. Peel and very finely chop pear. Sprinkle pear with lemon juice. Set a few walnuts aside and finely chop remaining nuts.

3.

Stir pear and chopped walnuts with Gorgonzola mixture. Season with pepper and serve garnished with walnuts.
