9 ozs Spaghetti
9 ozs black Spaghetti (coloured with squid ink)
butter
8 Tbsps Salmon Caviar
4 Tbsps Crème fraiche
1 Tbsp Dill (finely chopped)

Preparation steps

1.
In separate pots, cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted, boiling water until al dente.
2.
Drain (keep some of the water) and add the black spaghetti to the white spaghetti and mix with 1-2 tbsp butter and 2-3 tbsp of the reserved cooking water.
3.
Season with ground black pepper and arrange onto plates. Place 2 tbsp caviar and 1 tbsp creme fraiche on each plate. Sprinkle with dill and serve immediately.
