- 750 grams light Grape
- 150 grams whole wheat cracker
- 3 cloves
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsps Baking powder
- 120 grams almonds
- 80 grams butter
- 80 grams sugar
- 5 Tbsps Whipped cream
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 egg whites
- 2 Tbsps Grape syrup
- Fat (for the pan)
Preparation steps
1.
Grease the springform pan.

Rinse grapes and remove seeds.
3.
Grind crackers with cloves and mix in cinnamon and baking soda.
4.
Grind 80 grams (approximately 3 ounces) almonds and coarsely chop the remaining almonds.
5.
Heat oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F) convection.
6.
Mix the butter with the sugar, add ground almonds, cream and egg yolks and beat until fluffy. Stir in the cracker mixture. Beat egg whites until very stiff and fold into the batter. Pour batter into the pan, distribute grapes on top and sprinkle with the chopped almonds. Bake cake about 60 minutes. Drizzle finished cake with grape syrup and allow to cool.
