Preparation steps

Bring the sugar and 1/2 cup water to a boil, simmer for 2-3 minutes, and then cool.

Rinse the grapefruits in hot water and wipe dry. Cut out a slice from one of the grapefruits and cut into 4 nice pieces. Juice the rest of that grapefruit and the other one.

Mix the juice with 3/4 of the cooled sugar syrup and fill 4 popsicle molds. Add a grapefruit piece to each and freeze for about 2 hours.

Juice the lemon and mix the juice with the remaining sugar syrup. Insert a popsicle stick into each mold and fill with the lemon juice. Freeze completely for at least 2 more hours.
