400 grams Spiral pasta
250 grams Cherry tomatoes
100 grams pitted black Olives
200 grams Feta
1 Tbsp finely chopped thyme
1 dried small red chili pepper
4 Tbsps White vinegar
salt
freshly ground peppers
6 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente, drain, rinse and drain well.

2.

Rinse tomatoes and cut into quarters.

3.

Chop olives, if desired.

4.

Cut feta cheese into cubes. Crush chile pepper in a mortar.

5.

Whisk vinegar with salt and pepper to taste and olive oil. Mix in thyme and chile pepper and combine with the other salad ingredients in a bowl. Serve on plates.
