200 grams Lettuce (dandelion, arugula, radicchio, romaine lettuce....)
1 small Cucumber
2 red onions
3 Tomatoes
150 grams Green cabbage
lemon juice
salt
5 Tbsps olive oil
2 Tbsps Red wine vinegar
peppers
fresh thyme (or thyme flowers)
200 grams Feta

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the cabbage, cut into strips and marinate at least 1 hour in salt and plenty of lemon juice.

2.

Rinse the lettuce, trim, shake dry and pluck into bite-sized pieces. Peel the onions.

3.

Rinse the tomatoes and cucumbers and remove the seeds. Cut the tomatoes into eight pieces and cut the cucumber into slices.

4.

Mix the salad dressing of olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper and mix in the thyme.

5.

Remove the cabbage from the marinade, drain and mix with the other salad ingredients. Add salad dressing.

6.

Break the feta into pieces and serve.
