- 50 grams Spinach
- 2 red onions (sliced into rings)
- 200 grams Tomatoes (cut into eighths)
- ¼ Green cabbage (finely planed)
- 250 grams mild Feta (halved)
- 2 Tbsps Wine vinegar
- 6 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- peppers
- thyme
- Laurel leaf (for decoration)
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the spinach leaves, remove any tough stems and spread over 2 plates. Distribute the remaining salad ingredients over the top decoratively.

For the dressing, mix the vinegar and oil and season with salt and pepper.
Serve the salad drizzled with the dressing and garnished with thyme sprigs and bay leaves.
