Preparation steps

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, rinse and drain. Rinse the spinach thoroughly and spin dry. Peel the garlic, chop finely, and mix with the vinegar, lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of oil.

Combine pasta, spinach, olives, feta, and dressing. Infuse for about 10 minutes, season to taste and serve.
