Preparation steps

Rinse the fish, pat dry and cut into bite-sized pieces. Clean the squid tentacles, pat dry and cut into wide strips. Rinse the zucchini, cut off the ends and slice. Peel the onions and cut into rings.

Season the fish and squid with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix breadcrumbs with the oregano and coat the fish pieces in crumbs. Soak wooden skewers in water to prevent burning. Skewer the fish, vegetables and squid, alternating ingredients. Sprinkle skewers with oil, salt and pepper and grill on the barbecue for 8–10 minutes, turning frequently.
