- 1 lemon (fresh)
- 150 grams sugar
- 4 Tbsps green Mint liqueur
- 2 kilograms green Apple
- 2 egg whites
- mint (for garnishing)
Preparation steps

Rinse and juice apples. Measure 750 ml (approximately 3 cups) of juice, use the rest otherwise. Rinse lemon in hot water, grate zest and squeeze out juice. Combine lemon juice and zest with sugar and apple juice, bring to a boil and cool. Add mint liqueur.

Beat egg whites and add to juice, mix well with a mixer. Pour mixture into a shallow metal bowl and place in the freezer for 3-4 hours. Stir mixture every 20-30 minutes to prevent ice crystals from forming. Pour sorbet into dessert glasses and serve garnished with mint leaves.
