6 ozs chopped Hazelnuts
6 ozs grated Cheese
2 Tbsps Parmesan

2 Tbsps butter (in small pieces)

Preparation steps

Rinse and halve the beans. Blanch in plenty of boiling salt water for about 6-10 minutes, until al dente. Mix with 2/3 of the hazelnuts and the grated cheese. Add the savory. Spread in a baking dish. Season the cream with salt and pepper. Pour the cream over the bean mixture. Sprinkle with the parmesan and remaining nuts. Spread the butter pieces on top.

Bake for about 20 minutes at 350°F, until golden brown.
