4 stems Savory
2 shallots
1 garlic clove
3 Tbsps White vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
5 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Clean and wash the french green beans and regular green beans and cook in boiling salted water for about 7 minutes until slightly al dente, adding the fava beans after 3-4 minutes. Then drain, rinse and leave to drain.

Meanwhile, wash savory, shake dry and pluck finely. Peel and finely chop shallots and garlic. Whisk both with vinegar, mustard and olive oil to a dressing. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Mix beans with dressing and savory and let stand for about 15 minutes. Serve the salad in deep plates.
