Preparation steps

1.

Rinse, trim and cut beans into bite-size pieces. Cook beans in salted boiling water until al dente, about 10 minutes. Drain, rinse and drain again.

Whisk together vegetable broth, oil, mustard and dill. Season with salt and pepper.

Slice mushrooms. Thinly slice smoked salmon. In a bowl, combine mushrooms, smoked salmon and beans and toss with salad dressing.
