400 grams shallots

100 grams Bacon (sliced)
400 grams green Beans
salt

Preparation steps

1.

Peel shallots. Cut bacon into short strips. Rinse green beans, cut ends and blanch in a pot of boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Then drain, rinse with cold water and drain again.

Heat 3 tablespoons olive oil in a pan and fry bacon until crispy. Remove bacon from pan and set aside. Add shallots to the pan and fry, covered over medium heat for about 8 minutes. Stir occasionally. Add bacon and beans, allow to heat and season with salt and pepper. Serve in a bowl.
