1 pinch baking soda
1 red onion
2 sprigs rosemary
1 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and peel the beans. Blanch for 10 minutes in boiling salted water with the baking soda. Remove from the water and place in an ice water bath. Peel and finely dice the onion. Rinse the rosemary and remove the leaves from the stems.

2.

Heat the butter and olive oil in a pan. When the butter begins to foam, add the onions and sauté until translucent. Add the beans and rosemary, and sauté, stirring constantly. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
