600 grams green Beans
4 Red onions
2 Tbsps butter
3 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
4 Tbsps Crème fraiche
salt
peppers
fresh oregano (for garnishing)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and trim beans, halve. Blanch in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. Drain, rinse in cold water and drain again. Peel onions and quarter lengthwise.

2.

Heat butter in a pan and saute onions for about 5 minutes, stirring. Deglaze pan with vinegar and 3-4 tablespoons of water, add beans and saute for about 5 more minutes on low heat. Add crème fraîche and season with salt and pepper.

3.

Garnish with oregano and serve.
