1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Tea strainer, 1 Paper towel, 1 große Skillet, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 großer Pot, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Fine grater, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Sieve

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the butter in a large pan and cook the onions until starting to soften.
2.
Add the peas and cook for 4 minutes.
3.
Stir in the stock, cream and tarragon and heat through, but do not boil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cool slightly.
4.
Transfer the vegetables in batches to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Return to the pan and reheat gently.
5.
Pour into serving bowls and garnish with tarragon.
