300 grams mixed Lettuce

Preparation steps

1.

Peel onion and cut into thin strips. Rinse and peel fruit. Cut nectarines into quarters, remove seeds and cut into narrow pieces. Cut apples into quarters, remove seeds and cut lengthwise into thin slices. Mix fruit together immediately with 1 tablespoon lemon juice.

Rinse lettuce, spin dry, remove any inedible pieces and break into smaller pieces.

For the vinaigrette, mix the remaining lemon juice with the oil, salt and pepper.

4.

Mix fruit with onion and salad mix, transfer to plates and serve drizzled with vinaigrette.
