- For the milkshake
- 4 cups milk
- 2 cups Vanilla ice cream
- 1 Tbsp match Green tea
- 2 Tbsps powdered sugar
- For the fruit juice
- 6 Kiwi (peeled and diced)
- 12 Lychee (pitted)
- 4 Limes (juiced)
- 2 Tbsps caster sugar
Preparation steps

For the milkshake: Place the milk, ice cream, tea, icing sugar plus 2 tbsp ice in a blender. Blend until contents are thick and creamy. Pour into glasses and chill, or serve immediately.

Combine the kiwi, lychees, lime juice and caster sugar in a blender. Blend on high until smooth. Pour into glasses and chill or serve immediately.
