Ingredients
- Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Buckwheat flour
- 1 handful Spinach
- 1 handful Radish sprout
- 1 Apple
- 1 Banana
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- ½ lemon (juiced)
- 1 Radish
Preparation steps
Pour the buckwheat into 8 ounces of boiling water. Boil for 3 minutes and remove from the heat. Let steep for 10 minutes, then pass through a fine strainer and let cool.
Rinse and drain the spinach and the sprouts. Rinse the apple, cut into quarters, and remove the core. Peel and slice the banana. Puree the apple, spinach, sprouts (minus a few for garnish), sugar, lemon juice, and tea in a blender.
Puree completely then add enough cold water, about 8 ounces, to reach the desired consistency. Pour the drink into glasses.
Rinse the radishes, wipe well, and julienne. Sprinkle the radish over the drink, garnish with the remaining sprouts, and serve.
