1 kilogram green Bell pepper
1 green chili pepper
1 green Apple
2 onions
1 garlic clove
80 milliliters White vinegar
½ tsp mustard powder
60 grams sugar

Preparation steps

Rinse the tomatoes, pepper, and the chili. Quarter the tomatoes, remove the seeds, and finely dice. Halve the peppers and the chili and remove the stalks. Remove the seeds and membranes, and finely dice. Rinse and quarter the apple. Remove the core and finely grate. Place all the prepared ingredients in a pot. Peel and finely dice the onions and garlic. Add both to the pot with the vinegar, a dash of water, the mustard, sugar, and some salt. Mix well, then bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 40 minutes until thickened, stirring occasionally.

Season to taste, then fill the prepared jars with the chutney. Seal tightly, and cool completely.
