20 grams lamb's lettuce
2 Tbsps Apple juice
1 tsp Canola oil

Preparation steps

1.

Scrub the potatoes thoroughly and rinse the vegetables. Peel and cut into small pieces. Cover the vegetables with a little water and cook for about 15 minutes, until soft.

2.

Rinse the salad and trim. Add to the vegetables and purée. Add the apple juice and oil and purée again briefly.
