Preparation steps

1.

Rinse meat, pat dry and cut into cubes. Chop rosemary. Peel and finely chop garlic cloves. In a bowl, combine rosemary, garlic and oil. Season with salt and pepper. Add beef and marinate about 1 hour.

Peel shallots and cut in half lengthwise if large. Rinse and halve tomatoes. Rinse hot peppers, remove seeds and ribs and cut into pieces.

3.

Remove meat from the marinade. Thread meat, shallots, tomatoes and peppers alternately onto skewers. Brush lightly with marinade and grill about 10 minutes.
