1 Tbsp Sesame seeds
5 Tbsps vegetable oil

Preparation steps

1.

Brush chicken breasts with oil and season with salt and pepper. Rinse and spin dry the spinach.

2.

Peel and chop garlic. Rinse chile peppers, slit lengthwise, remove the seeds, remove all white interior skins and finely chop.

3.

Grill chicken breasts on each side for about 4-5 minutes. Heat the remaining oil in a pan and fry the garlic, chile peppers and sesame seeds briefly. Add spinach, toss briefly and lightly salt.

4.

Serve the chicken breast over the spinach with garlic, chilli and sesame seed on plate.
