- For skewers
- 500 grams Chicken breasts
- 100 grams Bacon (thin slices)
- 1 handful Sage
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- vegetable oil (for cooking)
- Wooden skewer
- For avocado cream
- 1 ripe Avocado
- juice of lemons
- Tabasco sauce
- 100 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 150 grams Tomato salsa (finished product)
- 2 scallions
Preparation steps

Cut the chicken fillets into long, about 2 cm (approximately 1 inch) wide strips. Season with salt and pepper, wrap each with a sage leaf and a bacon slice, and then thread on wooden skewers. Cook in hot oil around 4-5 minutes until crispy.

Trim scallions, rinse and cut into thin rings.

Halve the avocado, remove seed and peel, then puree with lemon juice and yogurt. Season with salt, pepper and Tabasco.

To serve, spoon a little salsa into a wide glass and then fill with avocado cream. Insert the skewers and garnish with scallions.
