Preparation steps

1.

Core the papaya, peel and cut the flesh into bite-size pieces. Peel the mango, core and roughly cut the flesh.

2.

Brush the figs and cut into thick slices. Rinse the pears, quarter, core and halve again.

3.

Mix the lemon juice with the honey, brush the fruit, thread on skewers and cook for 5-7 minutes on the hot grill, turning occasionally.

4.

Serve with ice cream if desired.
