Preparation steps

Peel orange, remove all white skin and cut into slices or bite-size pieces. Roughly chop pineapple pulp. Rinse pear, cut into quarters, remove core and cut into large pieces. Rinse strawberries and cut in half. Alternately stick fruit on 8 water-soaked wooden skewers and place on an oiled grill pan. Cook under a preheated oven broiler, watching carefully, while turning for 5-7 minutes.

Mix yogurt in a bowl with honey, lime juice and mint. Serve grilled fruit skewers with yogurt dip.
