Preparation steps

Cut meat into 1-inch cubes and set aside.

In a bowl mix together lime juice, olive oil, onion, garlic, Tabasco sauce, curry, ginger, turmeric, and salt. Pour marinade over meat and stir until meat is coated thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
