Preparation steps

Peel the pineapple peel and cut into 1-1.5 cm (approximately 1/4-1/2 inch) thick slices. Grill the pineapple slices on the hot, oiled grill on each side for 3-4 minutes.

Rinse the mint, shake dry, pluck off the leaves and cut into fine strips. Stir with the lemon juice and vanilla sugar into the mascarpone.

3.

Arrange the pineapple slices with the cream on plates or a plate and serve with drizzled honey.
