1 tsp Turmeric
1 chili pepper (dried and ground)

1 Leek (only the whites)

Preparation steps

Rinse the leeks and cut into thin strips. Peel the cucumber, remove seeds, and slice into 4 cm (approximately 1-1/2 inch) long strips. Marinate leeks and cucumber slices in the lemon juice and oil.

Mix together the curry, turmeric, cumin and dried ground chiles. Season the meat with the spice blend and broil until golden brown. Remove from heat, season with salt and serve with the cucumber salad.
