Preparation steps

Rinse the meat, pat dry and cut into bite-size cubes. Trim the eggplant, rinse and cut into pieces. Peel the onion and garlic. Cut the onion crosswise into slices. Alternately thread with the eggplant and meat cubes on metal skewers.

Crush the garlic finely with a little salt. Whisk with the oil, honey and caraway seeds, and brush the skewers all around. Season with salt and pepper and grill until golden brown, 10-15 minutes, turning regularly on the grill. Serve.
