1 clove garlic cloves (crushed)
3 Tbsps olive oil
1 tsp Sumac
1 Tbsp Chili powder
4 cups headless, peeled Prawn (deveined)

Preparation steps

1.
Add the garlic to the olive oil. Mix in the sumac, chilli and a little ground black pepper. Add the prawns and stir to coat thoroughly. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for around 30 minutes.

Drain the prawns slightly, season with salt and cook on the hot barbecue for 2-3 minutes on each side. Use an aluminium tray if necessary.
3.
Serve the hot prawns immediately, with half a lemon if desired.
