- 8 thin, small Veal cutlets
- 8 slices Prosciutto
- 8 large Sage
- salt
- peppers
- olive oil
Preparation steps
1.
Pound veal schnitzel until flattened. Place a sage leaf on each piece schnitzel, wrap with prosciutto and secure with a toothpick. Season with salt and pepper and brush with a little oil.
2.
Place schnitzel on an oiled grill rack and grill about 2 minutes. Turn and grill 30 seconds more. Serve immediately.
