Wash arugula and spin dry.

Rinse tomatoes, quarter, remove seeds and chop coarsely. Peel onion and cut into small cubes. Mix vinegars, oil, salt and pepper for marinade. Combine 2/3 of marinade with tomatoes, onion and basil and soak for 30 minutes.

Precook corn cobs in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes then drain well, Brush corn cobs with butter and roast on grill until golden brown.

Sprinkle corn cobs with salt.
Roast fried sausages on the grill until golden brown.
Mix arugula with remaining marinade and serve with tomato salad, corn on the cob and sausages.
