Preparation steps

1.

Rinse sea bream, inside and out. Pat dry and score both sides several times with a sharp knife. Season inside and outside with salt and pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice. Sprinkle with chopped herbs.

Place halved garlic cloves and lemon wedges in the cavities of each fish. Brush fish with oil and cook on a hot grill, turning occasionally, about 15 minutes.
