2 Tbsps Lime juice
1 Tbsp olive oil

Preparation steps

Mix the breadcrumbs with parsley, salt and pepper. Rinse the squid tubes and pat dry. Put the squid onto 8 (pre-soaked) wooden skewers and sprinkle with lime juice. Cover the squid in breadcrumbs, pressing down so they are completely covered. Drizzle with oil and grill until golden brown, about 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
