4 Steak fillet

Preparation steps

For the shrimp: Rinse the shrimp and pat dry. Tear four pieces of foil and brush with olive oil. Rinse the lemongrass and cut into 4 pieces. Season the shrimp with pepper and give a portion of lemongrass on the aluminum foil. Make the foil into a pouch and cook on the grill on each side for about 2 minutes. Serve with drizzled with lime juice.

For the steaks: Brush the meat with oil and grill on the barbecue at a low heat on each side for 3-5 minutes, depending on the desired doneness.

To serve: Season steak with salt and pepper. Unwrap shrimp and serve with the steak.
