- 600 grams small, waxy potatoes (cooked and cooled)
- 4 Tbsps clarified butter
- Sea salt
- freshly ground peppers
- ground Caraway
- 4 King prawn (peeled and deveined)
- 4 slices Roast beef (each about 180 grams)
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 4 small rosemary
Preparation steps

Melt butter in pan and halve potatoes. Fry the cut surfaces for 3-5 minutes until crisp and light brown. Season with salt, pepper and ground caraway and fry for 4-5 minutes turning occasionally.

Rinse prawns, pat dry and cut in half lengthwise. Pat steaks dry and trim fat. Season steaks and prawns with salt and pepper and drizzle with oil.

Place steaks and sprigs of rosemary on heated grill, cook for 4-8 minutes, turning steaks occasionally (depending on meat thickness and desired doneness). Cover with aluminum foil and let rest 5 minutes. Grill prawns 2-3 minutes.
4.
On a plate, place the shrimp on the steaks and arrange fried potatoes on the side. Serve with a side salad.
