Preparation steps

Remove the steaks from the refrigerator about 30 minutes before grilling. Spray rinse and pat dry. Brush with oil and grill each side on the hot grill for 2-5 minutes (depending on meat thickness and desired level of cooking).

Rinse, halve and cut out the tomatoes. Brush with the remaining oil and place for 2-3 minutes on the grill.
3.
Crush the pepper in a mortar and mix with the sea salt and thyme. Season the steaks and grilled tomatoes and serve with mustard to taste.
