2 Steak (about 200 grams each)
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
salt
freshly ground peppers
1 Red onion
1 Orange
½ bunch Arugula
2 Tbsps White vinegar
2 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Season steaks with salt and pepper and place on a hot grill (or in a grill pan brushed with oil). Cook 3-5 minutes per side, depending on the desired degree of doneness.

Wrap steaks in aluminum foil and let rest about 5 minutes.

Cut orange into slices and grill briefly. Peel onion and cut lengthwise into slices. Rinse arugula and shake dry.

4.

Whisk vinegar with oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss dressing with arugula, onions and orange slices.

Serve steaks and salad on plates.
