Preparation steps

1.

Cut chile pepper in half, remove seeds and chop finely. Rinse parsley, pluck leaves from stems and finely chop.

2.

Cut sweet potatoes into 1/2 inch thick slices and coat with oil. Season with parsley, chile pepper, salt, and pepper, press gently, and cook under a preheated oven broiler, watching carefully, for 2-3 minutes on each side.
