- 1 dried chili pepper
- For the steak
- 1 T bone steak
- salt (and pepper)
- 1 minced garlic clove
- Vinegar
- olive oil
- 2 rosemary
Preparation steps

Rinse the steak, pat dry, and season with salt and pepper.

Preheat the grill. Grind the dried chilli pepper (if using) in a mortar until finely ground. Remove the needles from one of the rosemary sprigs and chop finely. Whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, minced garlic, chilli pepper, rosemary, salt and pepper. Pound the steak with a meat tenderizer and place on the grill.

Grill the steak for about 5 minutes on each side, brushing often with the marinade. Remove from the grill and garnish with a rosemary sprig.
