Grilled Tuna with Vegetable Salad

Preparation steps
Combine lemon juice and oil, season with salt and pepper. Coat tuna with marinade and let stand for 30 minutes.
Rinse potatoes thoroughly and cook in salted water for about 25 minutes, drain and let cool.
Rinse beans and cook in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water and drain again.
Blanch tomatoes for a few seconds, rinse wtih cold water and peel, halve and remove seeds. Cut into wedges.
Rinse and dry peppers, halve and remove seeds and ribs, cut into strips.
Combine vinegar and oil, seson with salt and pepper. Peel eggs and cut into halves.
Cut potatoes in halves or quarters, depending on size. Combine with beans, tomatoes and peppers. Drizzle with dressing and top with eggs and olives. Place salad onto 4 plates and garnish with lettuce leaves.
Grill tuna steaks on hot grill for about 3 minutes per side. Place on top of salad and garnish with lime wedges. Serve.
