5 Tbsps olive oil
3 garlic cloves
½ bunch Basil

Preparation steps

Rinse eggplant and zucchini and cut lengthwise into slices. Season with salt and lemon juice. Let stand for 30 minutes, then drain well on a kitchen towel. Peel carrots and cut lengthwise into thin slices.

Brush vegetables on 1 side with olive oil and grill for a few minutes on the preheated grill, then turn to the other side and brush with more oil. Peel garlic, chop and sprinkle over the vegetables. Grill until tender. Serve grilled vegetables with creme fraiche and finely chopped basil.
