- For the meat filling
- 2 garlic cloves
- ½ onion
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 500 grams Ground beef
- 2 Tbsps Tomato paste
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- salt
- 1 pinch sugar
- freshly ground peppers
- For the ricotta filling
- 200 grams Ricotta cheese
- 3 Tbsps finely chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp scallions
- 1 Tbsp Whipped cream
- To build the wraps
- 10 Tortillas
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 150°C (approximately 300°F). For the meat filling: Peel the garlic and onion and chop finely. Heat the olive oil and cook the ground meat until browned. Reduce the heat, add the garlic and onion and sauté for about 3 minutes, stirring. Add the tomato paste and 150 ml (approximately 2/3 cup) water and bring to a boil. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper and sugar and season with salt and pepper.

For the ricotta filling: Combine the ricotta, herbs and cream. Season with salt and pepper. Warm the tortillas in the oven, spread the fillings over the tortillas and roll up. Cut into pieces and serve with various dips, if desired.
