- ½ cube Yeast (21 g)
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- For the topping
- 500 grams Ground beef
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 250 grams crushed Tomatoes (canned)
- 200 grams grated Cheese (such as, Emmental)
- 2 shallots

Preparation steps
For the dough, mix the yeast with about 250 ml of lukewarm water (approximately 1 cup) and a pinch of sugar until smooth. Combine the flour, salt and olive oil in a mixing bowl, pour in the yeast and knead with the kneading hand mixer to form a smooth dough. Cover and leave in a warm place for about 1 hour to rise.
For the topping, in a large skillet, fry the meat in hot oil until crumbly. Add the peeled and chopped garlic. Season with salt and pepper and remove from the heat.
Preheat the oven to 220°C (approximately 425ºF) and brush 4 pizza pans with oil.
Place the dough on a floured surface and knead well again.
Roll out the dough and press into the pizza pans. Spread a layer of the tomatoes, followed by the meat and then the vegetable mixture on top. Season with pepper and shower with the cheese. Peel the shallot and cut into rings. Scatter over the pizza, along with pieces of sliced chile peppers.
Bake for 25-30 minutes and serve immediately.
