- 2 Braised Cucumbers (600g)
- 2 onions
- 1 can Red Beans (225g)
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 250 grams mixed Ground meat
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 1 can Corn kernel (140g)
- clear Vegetable broth (Instant)
- 4 Tbsps sweet and sour Chili sauce
- parsley
- 2 Tbsps Mandarin orange
- 4 Tbsps Mandarin juice
Preparation steps

Peel cucumber, halve and remove seeds with a spoon. Cut cucumber into pieces. Peel onions and cut into columns. Pour beans through a sieve and rinse with cold water. Drain.

Heat oil in a large skillet. Cook ground beef until crumbly. Season with salt and pepper and add onions and cucumbers. Saute for a few minutes and then add beans and corn.

Mix broth with chili sauce and mandarin juice. Pour into pan and mix well. Season again with salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes. Rinse parsley, shake dry and pluck off leaves.
4.
Fold in mandarins and parsley. Heat again briefly and serve.
