2 slices white bread
1 handful parsley
1 garlic clove
1 large onion
800 grams Ground lamb
1 egg

Preparation steps

Cut the crusts off the bread and then dice the bread. Soak in a little lukewarm water. Rinse the parsley, shake dry and chop finely. Peel the garlic and onion and finely chop. Mix the garlic, onion, parsley and squeezed white bread with the ground lamb. Add the egg and knead until smooth. Season with salt, cayenne and cumin, shape into 8 long kofta and mold around skewers. Grill, turning occasionally, for 8-10 minutes.
