2 sprigs mint

Preparation steps

1.

Coarsely chop the nuts and mint leaves, mix with the ground meat, egg and spices. Knead everything well and form 16 small balls.

2.

In hot oil, cook for about 15 minutes. Mix the yogurt with sour cream. Peel the garlic and press.

3.

Cut the mint leaves into strips, stir and season with salt and pepper. Serve the cold sauce with the meatballs.
