- 300 grams frozen Spinach
- 4 Beefsteak tomato
- 150 grams Deli ham
- 1 shallot
- 1 garlic clove
- 400 grams Tagliatelle
- salt
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsps Sour cream
- white peppers
- Chives
Preparation steps

Thaw spinach in a pan in a little water over medium heat and drain well. Score the tomatoes crosswise, dip in boiling water, remove the skins, cut in half and remove seeds. Cut the flesh into cubes. Peel and chop the shallot and garlic. Cook the pappardelle in plenty of salted water until al dente.

Melt the butter in a large saucepan, add garlic and shallot and sauté until translucent. Cut the ham into strips. Add to the pan with the diced tomatoes and cook briefly. Stir in sour cream and spinach and season with salt and pepper. Add drained pappardelle, mix well and serve garnished with chives or nasturtium blossomes, if desired.
